Midwives Terah Lara, LM, CPM, Hannah Rasmussen, CPM and Heidi Duffield, CPM are the primary two midwives who work together at Foothills Midwifery & The Birth Cottage! They have a shared practice model, alternating who is on call and who is doing prenatal and postpartum appointments. They truly believe in unrushed care throughout the entire experience, building relationships with clients, and having a fun, empowering birth!
