For former clients of Foothills Midwifery:
-$3 for eartip used for the screen

For those with private insurance: 
-$20 is due at the time of service and a receipt is provided so you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement

For those with Apple Health Plans/Medicaid
-Present your insurance information at least one week in advance for no fees assessed
